នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៦រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែសីហា គ.ស.២០២៥ លោក ស៊ូ សុជាតិ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា (ន.ម.ក.) បានដឹកនាំសហការីចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសនៃនិយ័តករ និងអង្គភាពក្រោមឱវាទអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ (អ.ស.ហ.) តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ (Zoom) ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោក រស់ សីលវ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សា អ.ស.ហ. ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងផ្ដល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. សេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍វិភាគស្ថិរភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៃវិស័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ
២.សេចក្ដីព្រាងអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្ដីពី កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការអនុវត្តកិច្ចការប្រឆាំងការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម រវាង អ.ស.ហ. និងអង្គភាពស៊ើបការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញ នៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន អ.ស.ហ. និយ័តករ និងអង្គភាពក្រោមឱវាទ អ.ស.ហ.។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាខ្ពស់។

In the morning of August 15, 2025, H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), led colleagues to attend a technical meeting of regulators and unit under the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) via Zoom, which was chaired by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice Chairman of the FSA. The purpose of this meeting was to review and comment on the following drafts:
1. The draft Financial Stability Report of Non-bank Financial Sector.
2. The draft Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation in the Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) between the FSA and Cambodia Financial Intelligence Unit.
The meeting was attended by managements and technical officials of the General Secretariat of the FSA, Regulators and Unit under FSA.
The meeting proceeded smoothly and can fruit fully.
