លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ទេសាភិបាល ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំបើកកិច្ចពិភាក្សារបស់ក្រុមការងារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតងអន្តរក្រសួង ដឹកនាំដោយធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដើម្បីចូលរួមរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម យន្តការកៀរគរហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតង និងជំរុញសកម្មភាពនៃការវិនិយោគបៃតង។ កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សានេះមានវត្តមានចូលរួមពី ទេសាភិបាលរង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងតំណាងមកពី ១២ ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ

កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងនេះ មានគោលបំណងចែករំលែក បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ផែនការសកម្មភាព និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែម លើការអភិវឌ្ឍផែនទីមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា លើប្រព័ន្ធវដ្តករសាស្រ្តស្តីពីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតងនៅកម្ពុជា និងលើដំណើរការរៀបចំមុខងារនិងភារកិច្ចរបស់ក្រុមការងារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតងអន្តរក្រសួង និងពិភាក្សាអំពីការកំណត់ការងារអាទិភាព និងទិសដៅការងារដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តបន្តនាពេលអនាគត។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ យន្តការអន្តរក្រសួងនេះក៏ផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យសមាជិកនីមួយៗអាចចែករំលែកព័ត៌មាន និងចំណេះដឹងពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការងារទប់ទល់ការបែ្រប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ដែលជាគោលដៅសកល ក៏ដូចជាគោលដៅរួមរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

គួររំលេចថា ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងគ្រឹះស្ថានធនាគារនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៅកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចការជំរុញការកៀរគរប្រភពទុន សំដៅគាំទ្រកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងមានកម្រិតកាបូនទាប។

H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), presided over the inaugural meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Green Finance Working Group, which is led by the National Bank of Cambodia, on January 8, 2025 to consult with line ministries in order to prepare policies, strategies, initiatives and mechanisms to support green financing and accelerate green investment activities in Cambodia.

The purpose of this meeting is to share updates on the Royal Government of Cambodia’s strategies, action plans and initiatives, to gather additional inputs on the development of Cambodia Sustainable Finance Roadmaps, Cambodia Green Finance Taxonomy and setting roles and duties of the working group as well as to discuss its priorities and future workplan. In addition, this inter-ministerial mechanism also provides opportunity for each member to share information and knowledge relevant to climate change mitigation, which is a goal for the globe as well as the Royal Government of Cambodia for sustainable development.

It is remarkable that the National Bank of Cambodia, relevant ministries and institutions and Banking and Financial Institutions in Cambodia have been actively involved in promoting green finance to support sustainable and low-carbon economic growth.
